About PCG
Phoenix Creative Graphics was established in 1986 by John J. Shanley. His goal was to offer a broad range of design and publishing options tailored to his client's specific needs. At that time, John had been working as a designer and illustrator in the graphic art and advertising field for over a decade. He soon recognized that the computer was the inescapable future of the graphic design, illustration and print production worlds. By 1988, Phoenix Creative Graphics had found a niche by becoming an early adopter of the Windows OS platform for graphics design and print production services. This strategy was appreciated by businesses and corporations that had experienced problems integrating with the traditionally, Apple-oriented, graphics studios and advertising agencies.
Over the last two decades, the Apple and Windows platforms have found parity in the creative services arena. During those intervening years, Phoenix Creative Graphics has worked with companies such as Adobe and Corel to beta test the software that has become the de facto tools of designers, illustrators and web developers graduating from today’s schools and training centers. Today, Phoenix Creative Graphics is proud that it can offer its all creative services on either the Mac or Windows platform.
